Words can not express the gratitude I have for Erik. In my extreme time of need when everyone else was telling me no and that it would be 5-10 days before they could come to help, Erik didn’t skip a beat instantly telling me he was there to help and even made the 2 1/2 hour drive to make his words and reality. He showed up with a hug and a smile and can do attitude and helped me and my sister get through one of the most painful times of our lives. I can’t put into words or should I say I don’t have enough words to say how great this man is. Tom and Makala Schmidt

Erik at Bio-One was extremely professional and easy to work with. He was efficient and stayed within his estimated time and price range. He was quick to fit us into his schedule and was great at staying in contact during the cleaning process to ask questions or keep me informed.

Erik was a lifesaver! He came within 2-3 hours of my call. He was very kind to my mother during a difficult time. He even made sure she had something to use when she was throwing up. Very professional and great with communication.

"My partner and I recently moved to Eugene, and unfortunately our new garage was a bit of a disaster––the biggest problem was the rodent droppings, but it was just overall covered in dirt and cobwebs and general grossness. I contacted the Eugene Bio-One team for help cleaning out rodent droppings, and from the beginning, Erik was very responsive, helpful, informative, and kind. He offered to provide an estimate either through me sending photographs of the space/what needed cleaning or by coming out to take a look; I really appreciated the photograph option as it gave me more flexibility/less to worry about without having to schedule an in-person estimate. I unfortunately had to do a lot of back-and-forth as I needed to discuss with a few different parties before being able to commit, but Erik was always patient and never seemed even remotely annoyed or frustrated. When I was finally ready to schedule, he and his crew were able to come and help me out the next day. Erik kept me informed every step of the way, and even agreed to take a look at our attic for an estimate/opinion once they were done in the garage, as well, despite me completely forgetting to ask him if that was okay before they were actually there. And when they were done, our garage looked AMAZING! It practically sparkled it was so clean. All that dirt and grime and grossness was gone along with the rodent droppings, and for the first time since moving in I actually didn't feel gross being in the garage. I can't thank Erik and the Bio-One team enough for the incredible job they did, the peace of mind they have brought me and my partner, or the kindness and professionalism they have demonstrated throughout. If you're in the Eugene area and need a biohazard cleanup/decontamination crew, Erik and crew are the way to go."

I highly recommend Bio-One if you are in need if their services. This is a local family owned and operated business. The nature of the business means that people who call them are usually in a situation that is stressful and emotional. Erik’s calm and comforting demeanor helps takes the edge off. The communication throughout was great – Erik was clear about the scope of work and checked in with me during the project. The job was well done and the price was as estimated.
